生成 （Namanari） ― 2025/01/01
新年あけましておめでとうございます。
今年も作り続けようと思います。と言うか、途中で作るのを
止めると、特に重大な出来事でも起こらない限り
もう作る気が起きないかななんて思ったりもします。

もう止められない。もうどうにも止まらない。と言った方が正解かも
知れません。自分の分身がいれば彼に能面を作らせて、私は違うことを
するんですが。

生成はこんな顔で彫り上がりました。
もうちょっとぐちゃぐちゃな顔に仕上げたかったんですが、
まとまった顔になってしまいました。
Namanari was carved with this face.
I wanted to make the face look a little more messy.
It became a coherent face.
ここから彫刻刀でめちゃめちゃにする勇気がありませんので、
これで彫り完了とします(笑)。また角が小さいのでどう彫るかは
思案のしどころです。
I don't have the courage to mess it up with a chisel from here on.
Carving is now complete.
Also, the horns are small, so you have to think about how to carve them.
親指大のものを彫ろうとすると材料が動くので一筋縄では行きません。
また本体のつの取付部分の仕上がりも綺麗にぴったりとは合いません。
難儀ですな。
If you try to carve something the size of your thumb,
it won't be easy because the material moves easily.
Also, the finish of the mounting part of the main body does not fit perfectly.
It's difficult.
さあ、間髪入れず次は「猿飛出」と行きましょう。
Now, without any hesitation, let's move on to Sarutobide.
猿飛出 （Sarutobide） ― 2025/01/25
今年は雪が降っても何故が空気が暖かい。刺すような
寒さを感じない。雪下ろし雷もほとんど聞かれない。
地球温暖化加速中と言ったところか。
Even though it snows this year, the air is still warm for some reason.
I don't feel the biting cold.
Thundersnow and lightning are almost never heard.
It could be said that global warming is getting worse day by day.
彫っていてどこか「飛出」に似ているなと思っていたんですが、
それもそのはず、「猿飛出」なので似て来るのも当たり前。
そういえば型紙も飛出を修正して作ったんですからね。
While carving, I thought it was somehow similar to "Tobide".
That's no wonder, it's "Sarutobide" so it's natural that they look alike.
Come to think of it, I also made the pattern by correcting the protrusion.
どこが違うと言っても頬の出っ張りが大きいかな。
今回は口が飛出と同じくらい大きくなってしまいました。
これは最後になってやっと分かったことです。
No matter what is different about it, it's probably the large protrusion of the cheeks.
This time, the mouth became as big as Tobide.
This is what I finally found out.
何処をどう彫れば猿飛出になるといった正解はないですが、
見た瞬間、猿のイメージが湧くと言ったくらいになるまでは
あと何十年の修行が必要でしょうか。
There is no correct answer as to where and how to carve it to make it resemble Sarutobide.
It got to the point where I said that the moment I saw it, the image of a monkey came to mind.
How many more decades of training do I need?
後で彩色で猿のイメージを沸かせると言った超難題が待ってますが。
そんな回答のない難しい事は考えるのはやめにしましょう。
もうそんな時間はまったくないので勝手にこれで良しとします。
